   Service was sparse and slow, and the food was not cooked as ordered. Maybe an off evening; we are accustomed to much better from this location.

   Went for Christmas dinner at 6:15 looking forward to a nice meal. We were seated on time for our reservation but seated at a table that seemed awkwardly placed away from the dining room (right next to a doorway that every employee and guest walked through). Our waiter took our order for one drink, one appetizer and our meals at the same time. After that, everything took a very long time to arrive. We did not get bread until an employee walked from table to table with about 5 plates of bread for everyone. The appetizer, filet potstickers, took very long to come out and were barely warm. The taste was delicious but temperature very disappointing. It took over an hour for food to come out, we ordered surf and turf, filet medallions, and a baked potato with sour cream and butter. Food ranged from room-temp to cold. The potato had the sour cream and butter added by the kitchen and there was no way to enhance it at the table - neither condiment supplied. The potato was cold and sent back to be microwaved and returned in the same condition rather than a new potato. This again took a long time and I was nearly done eating by the time it arrived. A second drink order also arrived near the time we were done eating. Our waiter was hardly seen, although by the time we started eating the restaurant was about half full. The food tasted excellent but the whole experience of receiving our nearly $200 worth of food at room temperature or colder was an unacceptable experience. I cannot say if this is a normal level of service, being our first visit AND on Christmas where it may be hard to staff the place, but the service portion of the visit was a major turn-off for what should have been a special meal. I will probably not return as there are many steak restaurants in the area, both high-end and mid-priced that we can frequent. As I said, the food tasted excellent, just wish the service and temp would have matched. Total bill with tip, $271, extremely disappointing.
