Food was good BUT the pace of service was painfully slow. We didn't ever see our server often enough to ask for refills and to order our food. It didn't see overly busy so not sure why things were so slow.

Hostess was less than welcoming, and that set the stage. $22 shrimp cocktail was literally 4 shrimp plopped onto sauce. Took forever to get the wine, because they were out of the bottles I ordered. Manager finally came to table and asked “what are you looking for?” (Me with blank look on my face: “the ones I ordered”) when the steaks arrived I was shocked. NY strip is my “safe” steak to order. NEVER had one screwed up, anywhere. The one I was served was full of gristle and didn’t even look like a strip, it looked like a pentagon. The meat was terrible. The only redeeming quality of the meal were the scalloped potatoes, but $400 is a steep price for that. My last visit was so-so. This one was terrible. My last dinner at this place.
