   We ate in the bar and tried their Prime Cheeseburger and Fries. We were pleased at how good they tasted. The burger is juicy and huge! The fries are crispy and plentiful. We started by splitting a Caesar salad that we probably should have skipped because we could not finish the burgers. Our server, Samantha, was friendly and helpful when we ordered. She has been there a while and is quite knowledgeable about the restaurant. She is a great server! I am a club member and had trouble accessing my account to be able to us a reward I earned. Samantha had a co-worker help me get into my account and reset it so I could access it and redeem the reward. That was very nice and thoughtful of her to do this for me. Great Service!

   If you have an opportunity please ask for a table with Lisa as your server. She made the entire dining experience wonderful.

   Excellent meal! The steak salad was perfect! My friend enjoyed the veal entree on the seasonal menu. The entertainer, Ross, was absolutely amazing! It was so fun to see people get up dancing and the camaraderie of fellow guests singing together all along the entire bar. Bar was completely full. Definitely a fun Friday night! Our server Jenni was also great! She kept coming by to check on us but was very patient as we wanted to take our time to enjoy the music. We will definitely be back!

   It has been several years since we have visited Eddie Merlot's, and the quality has definitely gone down. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hostess, who was very friendly. Once we were at our table, our server greeted us and asked if we wanted to order drinks, and we asked for a few minutes to look over the menu. It took about 10 minutes for the server to return to the table, and when she did, she smelled of cigarette smoke. She took our drink and appetizer order and left the table. Our drinks and apps were delivered quickly. We ordered the BBQ Shrimp appetizer which was very tasty, and the Calamari. Half of our calamari was soggy, but the ones that seemed to be fully cooked were good. It did take time to see our server again, and yet again, when she returned, it seemed as if she had taken another smoke break. We ordered our meals at this point and when they were delivered, I was very surprised to see how small the portions were. I ordered the New Orleans Mixed Grill, which was a 4oz filet (this was well cooked), blackened shrimp (there were 4 very small shrimp on my plate), and andouille sausage (again a few very small pieces). This was served with a HUGE portion of garlic mashed potatoes. Overall the taste was ok, but for the price, I would have expected better portions. My daughter has the Del Mar, and again portions were extremely small. My husband ordered the 12oz New York strip (medium), and it came out very rare, but because we had waited a while each time our server left, he ate it as it was. My son-in-law had the dijon chicken and enjoyed it. For dessert, we ordered the creme brule and the bananas foster prepared tableside. The creme brule was very bland. Our server definitely did not know how to prepare the bananas foster. She went through the steps very quickly, which left our bananas tasting of banana liquor that hadn't been cooked off and uncooked bananas served over ice cream. For the price, there are MUCH better options in the area.

   We enjoyed the bar area. Ross was the best entertainer ever. Natalie the hostess accomodated Our needs. She went above and behond to accomodate us. We will definitely return ! Best service ever.

    They added a ton of extra tables for the holiday weekend. Unfortunately that overcrowded the restaurant and everyone was on top of each other. They also seemed very understaffed, which made the experience subpar. They were out of porterhouse steaks by 630 pm, which was their valentines weekend special. Overall a meh experience for a mid-high end steakhouse.
