   We had a later reservation around 6pm so by the time we got there they were sold out of several items. This was our second time visiting the restaurant, the food was amazing. Get the fried spinach salad!!!

   Having absolutely no holiday decorations I don’t get! Listen there are an abundance of good restaurants in our valley this is high priced w no ambience not worth coming Back! Tried twice won’t be a third

   The steaks were not cooked right. Medium well is not red and bloody in the center. The rib caps were all fat. The service was excellent. The prices are low for Vegas but so is the quality of the meats. Pay more …. Get better food

   Thank you to our server stephanie and the managers in the dining room for making our anniversary dinner so special for us. We ordered the tomahawk with 2 sides and received countless sauces and everything tasted amazing. We even received a free side and dessert. Thank you so much to the echo and rig team and management you guys are amazing! We will definitely be back

   Simply put... terrible. Nothing cooked right, slow, noisy. Food was bad. What are those greasy onions. Steaks cooked wrong temperature in both directions. Wines missing from the list. Terrible. Will not be returning.
