New Years 2024-2025 was a huge disappointment. 1 tiny appetizer, 1 entree and 1 desert was over $300 with tip. Although it was good, the portions were so small it was shocking. Parking is $5, and to pay your table has a $3.95 "convenience fee"... the suggested tip for service is 26%, and they calculate this total after the tax, which seems to be the norm at most places, but is still improper.

Great food and service. I noted we were celebrating a birthday when I made the reservation. A couple of hours before our reservation, they called me to ask questions about her. When we arrived they had her favorite drink ready and the menu was personalized with her name! It was an amazing experience for her. Thank you!!

We came to celebrate my partner‘s birthday and we were totally blown away by the experience. The amount of thought and attention to detail that was put into this dinner by Marann and the rest of the team made this totally unforgettable. We will be visiting Ecco on a regular basis because of this. THANK YOU!

Excellent food and service! We booked the Christmas eve's prix fixe dinner and we brought our baby, the server was very attentive and service was incredible. The food is of the utmost highest quality.

we were there on a Tuesday night. It was a group of five people. The restaurant didn’t seem overly busy, but the service seemed extremely slow. It took almost an hour for our waiter to come back and take our entrée orders. two people in our group were vegans and had specified this when ordering. their entrée came out with dairy. they took the dish back to remake but it still took a long time for the new item to come back. although our waiter was very nice, something was definitely going on causing service to be extremely slow
