   Very busy, food was ok (small portions), you're paying a premium for the name. Menu items are not served as described (e.g. pasta was supposed to be served in a cheese wheel and was not).

   Poor value for your money. The service was good though. Only come here if you want to make a good impression and don’t want to drive too far to a better restaurant.

   Food was ok portion size was small and not much favor! This was a bit of a waste will not come back to restaurant nor recommend to friends.

   Server was awesome! The wine was great I asked for a decanter and they got it. The “busser” staff ON POINT I mean Michelin star on point. Thank you ( Valet Parking Would be Nice)

   Service was terrible. Worse one among my experience in several other Eataly locations in the US and abroad. Waitress asked us to order as a course while we were ready only for drinks and appetizers. Then we order appetizers and entrees, but it was a mess. One of us got the entree before the appetizers. When the other entrees were served, the first one which was served was already done. Drinks took a long time to get served. I will not return to this location.

   They rush rush rush you to order and eat. We sat at 12, ordered 3 kids dishes and two pasta entrees. We had our food and check by 12:26. That is the extremely rushed. We didn’t even get to enjoy our wine with entrees. When asked about the quickness, the waiter replied they gave 400 people waiting to sit today so they move people along. That is not right and not how to enjoy a meal .

    No one was particularly helpful or knowledgeable, but staff was friendly enough. Service was not as bad as we were expecting from previous reviews. Front of House seemed slightly disorganized and frazzled. Food was really good! No complaints! Cocktail was not very good. It’s a really good idea to have reservations but walk ins were getting seated with about a 30 min wait. The market itself was super cramped and crowded. Could hardly walk which was not enjoyable.
