   When we were seated on the table, there was left over food all over the floor around our table. We had to call the waiter to have it cleaned. I know it’s a restaurant food will fall, but when the hostess is going to prep the table isn’t it a basic courtesy to check if it really ready? We asked the hostess for another table since it was messy we were told that the restaurant is fully booked. Only 50% was occupied, that’s fully booked? Was extremely disappointed with the food. Ravioli was so under cooked and just drops of gravy on them. When asked to have it done properly, was told this is how it’s done here. This is NOT the first time I am eating Ravioli and certainly not the first time at Eataly, same location, but this one really had us disappointed big time.

   Overall great experience. Our server was outstanding and made the experience that much better. The music was notably very good.

   We were seated at a nice table. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We started with calamari and their sourdough bread and both were delicious. We both had pastas. My husband’s was good and mine was ok. We finished with a sorbet dessert and it was wonderful. Our food came surprisingly quickly! We enjoyed our time but it won’t become one of our go to restaurants.

   Been there several times, and had David F. as our waiter. Very professional, cordial definitely our go to place.

   We were disappointed in our dinner at Eataly Sherway for my husband’s birthday. We remember our first experience at Eataly in New York and this was nothing like it. It truly felt like a “mall” restaurant with bright lights and a large menu but not a lot of flavour in the food. We shared the mixed salad which didn’t have a very flavourful dressing and we had the polenta fritta which was very hard - over-cooked. My husband said his bolognaise lacked flavour as well. I had the gluten free broccoli and sausage pasta and it was ok, but I wouldn’t say it was great. However, our friends had pizza and they said it was very good. Also not a great system that pizzas come out at a different time than pastas. Half the table gets their food before the others. That might be acceptable when you have young kids at the table but not when it’s a table of adults. Dishes were also overpriced for what you get ($28 for a dish of pasta). Likely won’t be dining there again.

   Pizza was amazing. All the items were delicious, perfect portions, and quite delicious. Great value for the money! 10/10 recommend

   Food was good, disappointed that they didn't have the Taste Menu. Service not as good as last time. Waited for drinks, then Apps order. Then noticed that they were rushing to clean table, bread board which we were still eating. I will go back hoping for a better experience. Food is good, very fresh and tasty.

   Overall a nice time; food was good although we have had a better meal here the first time we came out. Otherwise a good evening out.

    The food was very good, the suppli are outstanding and our server was excellent but the noise level made it hard to have a conversation.
