   I recently had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at Earl’s, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and catch up with my best friend. Our server, Joe, truly made our visit special. He was incredibly kind, personable, and professional, making us feel welcome right away. Joe’s attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm for the menu helped us navigate our choices, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. From the delicious food to the impeccable service, our brunch at Earl’s was nothing short of wonderful. I will let people know to be sure to ask for Joe—his excellent service will undoubtedly enhance your visit! Thank you for a fantastic brunch! We can’t wait to return!

   I want to share my experience at the restaurant. First, I was disappointed when I ordered my drink—it arrived looking like someone had already sipped from it. In my opinion, the person who prepared it lacked the necessary experience to present it properly to a customer. Additionally, the server who attended my table did something I had never seen before. He offered me a 2 gifts card without clearly explaining the details. He mentioned I would receive two $40 gift cards, but when I started paying, he said I needed to pay $100 for the cards. It was very confusing, and I didn’t understand what he meant. Finally, when the bill arrived, an unexpected $35 service charge was added, which I had never encountered on previous visits. This experience left me feeling deeply frustrated and disappointed.

   Enjoyed having Daniel as our server- he was knowledgeable, friendly and even gave us a little tutorial on how to use chopsticks.

    Very disorganized and frazzled appearing check in/ hostess desk. We had a reservation, the hostess checked us in but forgot to notify the seating staff. Had to go back to the desk after several minutes and it was obvious that they had completely forgotten us. The staff appeared stressed out. It was quite crowded and several people left the line up instead of waiting for a table. Our server was terrific! Food was okay- not memorable. Music speaker was directly over our table and was at an almost intolerable volume. We will not come back to this location of Earls. I have been to other Earls locations that were much more enjoyable.
