   Reserved a high top in lounge for my bday , got a table in restaurant. Small table for the big group we were very tight . Server was great . We got sat 15 minutes after our reservation time . Only booked to go in the lounge and was very disappointed to be in the restaurant with no atmosphere .

   To start, out server was outstanding. She checked in at the appropriate times and asked us for feedback on one of our desserts as it was on the test menu. She was polite, courteous, and professional. Liked the overall ambience but the noise level is fairly significant (wouldn’t call it energetic, just loud to the point you could hear conversations at neighbouring tables). Our food was delicious and the overall value is good. The one thing I would recommend to the restaurant is to increase the quantity of the crispy tofu that is an add on ($4). It seemed it was a bit minimal for the size of our bowl and the quantity of the other ingredients. Our dessert from the test menu was the Coconut Cream Pie. Highly recommended for coconut cream pie lovers. It’s got the right proportion of cream to coconut pudding , coconut shavings on top of the cream, and a crust that is not too crumbly, just a bit crumbly.

   We had a party of four last night at Earls, and were all extremely impressed with the customer service of the staff. There was a tiny discrepancy with our order, and the manager on shift jumped in with outstanding service before we even had a chance to think about it! We were treated with top notch service from both our server and the manager. Our food was delicious, and the White Chocolate Crème Brûlée was TO DIE FOR. I consider myself a Crème Brûlée connoisseur and this was a 10/10. THANK YOU Earls! We love you!

   Even though we had a great time Hey asked of the bills and still screwed up the bills. I ended up paying for my friends meal and I didn’t want to bring it up after the fact

   Tried the Korean Beef Bibimbap and had to send it back because the steak was so tough unable to cut or eat. Took a replacement meal of the cob salad which arrived after my dinner partners had finished their meal. I was not charged for my meal which was nice. Very noisy. Staff were excellent.

    We had a small wait for our table despite reservations. The staff member who brought us to our table apologized for the wait which was much appreciated. Our server was efficient and got us what we needed quickly. She was on it to fill waters and take away empty glasses. As for the food we found our steak to be chewy. The sushi presses exceeded expectations - the crispy puffs on the wagyu and salmon presses were a nice touch. Our sticky toffee pudding was a huge disappointment. We've ordered this to finish our girls' day out for at least 7-8 years. It used to actually be large, sticky and saucy. It used to taste moist. What we got tonight was a dry small chocolate bundt cake with a tiny scoop of ice cream. Very sad this dessert has changed.
