   I booked through Open table for dine out lunch. Open table had me pay for the 2x $35 prix fixe in the app with a credit card. The food was decent. My fettuccine Alfredo was on the dry side… could have used more Alfredo sauce. Clam chowder starter and sticky toffee pudding dessert were very good. At the end of the meal, the server brought the bill, and I asked her what about the charge on open table to my credit card? She assured me that that was only to hold the reservation and nothing was charged to my card. So my friend paid the bill at the restaurant. I get home and checked my credit card charges with online banking, and what do you know! There’s a $70 charge on my visa! So then I called up the restaurant, and apparently it was a mistake by OpenTable (really?!) and Earls is aware of it and working to issue refunds to guests affected. So now I have to chase down this refund to make sure it comes through. What a hassle! They really should get their wires uncrossed to begin with so guests don’t have to deal with the aftermath. It looks like OpenTable has removed the required credit card to book the table now. This may be no fault of Earls but the servers should have been made aware some guests who booked through OT may have been pre-charged and NOT double charge us in the end.

   Stopped in for a quick bite before a movie. Seated quickly and the wait staff was extremely friendly. I don't mind it, but at one point it seemed a bit much. Still, they were extremely attentive and helpful. I ordered a vegan Kung Pao dish and it was great. Things are pricey now at restaurants and Earl's is no exception unfortunately. It was over forty dollars with tip. A lot for a quick bite, but attractive surroundings and great service made it bearable.

   The food was amazing, with perfect portions and great taste. The team ensured everything was on point, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommended!

   The food during happy hour is amazing! Definitely recommend trying the potato bites, so yummy! The atmosphere is always great and the service is friendly and quick!

   Clam chowder was excellent. Cobb salad was Mediocre and nothing special for the price. Server was excellent. Nice to have 1/2 off bottle of wine.

    1. Why does open table need me to confirm my phone number and get a confirmation code to give feedback??? You sent the feedback email. 2. After doing the text open table confirmation then they want an email address (which u already have) and confirmation code??? Ridiculous. 3. If you want feedback then make it easy to do so. This is ridiculous. 4. Earls website sucks!!! When I go onto the website for a specific location and hit the menu tab it takes me back to identify the location??? I was already on the location page. Fire your it manager!!! 5. After looking at the menu and I want to make a reservation., the reservation tab takes me back to find a restaurant. REALLY??? AgainI I was already on the website of the location i wanted to make a reservation for. Fire your IT manager!!! Trying to navigate through Earls website sucks!! 6. You serve greens with breakfast (doesn't make sense for breakfast) but they were soggy and limp. Why are the greens predressed and left sitting around like that. It was disgusting. Tasted like a salad that was dressed 3 days ago and left in the fridge. There are way too many restaurant options to put up with your website and poor food quality.
