   Brought my mom in for her 78th Birthday 🎂. Our experience was awesome! Our server was Mayra,she was very attestation and personal, she was excellent!Our food was hot, and delicious! Mom had the BC Burger& Yam fries, Steve had the Chicken Hunan Kung Pow, I had the Cajun Chicken SantaFe Salad.Mom was suprised with a Mini Dessert on the house for her Bithday! OmG!!it had Sticky toffee pudding, and ice cream between 2 almond florentines, We also shared the Basque cheesecake (caramelized vanilla cheesecake, it was the best I've ever had! I asked if its made in house, YES, HOMEMADE , by Mark, it was incredible.All are made in house !! Everything was spot on perfect!

   We always love going to Earls for their Happy Hour and love the atmosphere at this location. The Queen Bee pizza is amazing!

   Been to this location several times and always had a good experience. The service this time was friendly and professional and received or order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, although cooked to my liking, the steak was so grisly I could only eat a few bites . I mentioned it the server who did apologize. This is the first time this has happened but was It was unfortunate

   I ordered the truffle butter steak. The steak was really tough - nicely seasoned but tough - everything else on the plate was delicious. I will not order that again.

   I did send a message on the app this was a first date and we would like a intimate quiet table The hostess took us to a high table in the bar area so obviously they didn’t read the special instructions I did ask for a table for two and we were accommodated but she didn’t seem very happy about the request

    We agreed to move tables. Our meal was comped. My two nest friends had come in for my fathers funeral yesterday. I just lost my dad. This was my first day and outing. It was nice to have a complimentary meal and kindness. I am glad we chose Earls. My dad always sent positive customer service feedback. I thought I would carry on his legacy that way.
