   Everything was great, we didn’t have to wait for long to be seated! The service was on point, food was delicious as always. The drinks were amazing. You just reinforced your spot on our go to restaurants list. See you soon

   Sophia was amazing but not the best experience. I have been to this location several times, but this time, it was very delayed service. Had to wait for 10 minutes to find the server for placing the order for dessert and then 15 minutes for the dessert. Initially, the hostess mentioned that the dessert was on the house, but the server did not mention it. Anyway, it was a birthday, and I paid for it and would happily pay for the dessert every time, but the miscommunication and delayed service made me feel unsatisfied.

   Loved everything last night. Our server was great and the food was lovely too. They also offered complimentary drinks for waiting to be seated.

   My boyfriend and I had a reservation on Valentine’s Day and we were met by a kind and hardworking staff. There was a while wait due to an issue with our meal as the kitchen ran out of ingredients to make mine. After that was figured out, we had our meal comped by the manager which was very thoughtful. The staff at Earls are very dedicated and know how to take accountability accordingly. I am very pleased with my experience here and will definitely be returning.

   I have been coming here with my wife since this location opened and am normally really pleased with everything. Not this time. The Service is still great, ambiance is still good, but the food is starting to slide. We ordered a variety of apps as our meal- the crab cakes(we got the main) , while very good, are smaller then we recall and the once great side salad that came with the main dish has been replaced with something that is almost unedible. The salad is terrible! The tuna taco sushi are fabulous! Amazing flavour and very fresh! And the calamari was very good and not greasy at all. Now…the sliders? Pathetic, really. There was barely any meat in them and they really lacked flavour. $160 out the door with one beer and we just weren’t blown away by the food at all- and we used to be every time we came here. IMHO it’s time to reassess your food quality and bring it back up to where it was at when you first opened. Thank you! 🙏🏻

   I recently visited Earls with my partner, and overall, we had a mixed experience. While our server was excellent in helping us navigate the menu and figure out what was safe for me to eat, I was disappointed to find that some items labeled "Gluten Free / AWARE," like the calamari, were likely cross-contaminated. This is a concern for anyone with gluten sensitivities, and I feel those items shouldn't be labeled as gluten-free if that's the case. On the positive side, the service was friendly and the waiter made a real effort to accommodate my dietary needs, which was much appreciated. However, the experience was marred by extremely slow service. At times, it felt like our waiter wasn’t as attentive as needed, which made the overall dining experience less enjoyable. While the food itself was still good, I think improvements could be made in both communication about gluten-free options and in speeding up the service.

   Earls Sherway has become our go to place every few weeks. The atmosphere is very positive and energic, the staff is friendly, professional and always very attentive. I would definitely recommend this location over all the others I have been to.

   Took advantage of Winterlicious menu, great value and the food was very tasty. I would of liked the appetizer menu to have more variety. It was heavily fish oriented.
