   Perfect place for conversation to catch up with a friend. Brunch was delicious, especially those potatoes!

   We booked a table for 7 people and they gave us a table for 6. Super uncomfortable and right next to the kitchen which was loud and an unacceptable view — which by the way, is the THIRD TIME WE GET ASSIGNED. We had called to let them know we were going to be arriving a few minutes late and they told us it was no problem, but when we complained about the table for 6 that was given to us, they said it was because we had been late. Unacceptable excuse and behaviour from the host. No effort was made to relocate us, or even offer us to wait for a new table. Horrible service for what was meant to be a special New Year’s Eve family gathering, family which we had not seen in 10 years and were so excited to celebrate with us.

   The food was amazing, service was spectacular and they gave us a spot with lots of room to sit and be comfortable... It was a bit louder than I would have liked.

   Overall good service, food and ambiance if you can withstand the noise-level. Not for a quiet, intimate evening but lots of energy for sure. Several items showed-up on the bill that weren't explained or told wouldn't be charged. Also completely inadequate serving for lobster (had to ask twice for butter and was served both times with minuscule amounts of butter barely melted). Overall good steak dinners but not inexpensive.

   We booked the NYE 3-course dinner experience and was told when we got there we had to clear our table in an hour because it was busy. How is that even possible? Aside from that. Our server and food was amazing.

   Our server was great, the entire staff signed my birthday card which was so cute and kind of them. The food was amazing and it was a really great vibe for an intimate dinner.

   Gosh, I'm not the kind of person to write a review, but my experience last night was not good :( About two weeks ago, I made reservations for my birthday. When I arrived, they told me that they didn't have a table ready, so my friends and I had to wait for 30 minutes. Not gonna lie I was a little upset (hopefully, I wasn't too rude to the two people at the front). But, my friends told me I should wait, so we decided to hop on the waitlist. After waiting awhile, they called me and said they had a table for us. So we sat down and started to order some stuff. Two of my friends ordered alcoholic beverages and I ordered a coffee (I just turned 25... I'm old okay haha). Both of their drinks came and mine didn't. I had to wait until my food got there until I could ask the waitress again. Then when my food came (it took a long time by the way), it was so cold and they forgot the peppercorn sauce for my steak and the sauce for my other friend's food. Honestly, by the time the food had gotten there, I had lost my appetite, and let me tell you, I love me some food, so that's saying something. Honestly, it was just a sad experience. I remember going to the Tin Palace when I was younger and it was such an amazing spot. This experience completely changed the way I view this restaurant. Also, yes it shouldn't matter, but there was no recognition of my birthday. The manager didn't apologize for the bad service, the waitresses didn't know... like I get it, it's just a birthday, but it would've been nice if they were more conscious of their customers. So again, I'm not someone who writes reviews (trust me, I get it, every spot has its fair share of bad nights), but this sucked and I know this place has the potential of being good :/

   Had the best time at the bar for a quick drink. The bartenders Steven and Danny were so helpful and fun and engaging. Truly made it such a fun experience, can’t wait to go back!

   Six of us had a lovely dinner with great service from the greeters and our server Pipes and her colleagues. The food and drink were as good as always the sound levels allowed for great conversation.
