   Our waiter, Chris, was absolutely outstanding. He timed everything perfectly with getting us more drinks, and checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He also answered every question we had about the history and origin story of how E3 started and came to be. The food, atmosphere, and drinks are all fantastic. We ordered the 16oz ribeye and the elk pappardelle. Both were super flavorful and the elk comes as a shank with the bone included… the bone meal was so good. I would recommend E3 to anyone who is looking for great food and even better service!

   It was an outstanding meal! I had the shrimp cocktail, a 6oz filet, a wonderful bottle of wine, and crème brûlée. Wonderful service and a beautiful view of the Olympic ski jumps near the Yampa River. I can’t wait to go back!

   Entire experience was great! Coats checked when we arrived and seated promptly. Our server was on point attentive and very personable. Meal was better than expected, corn side dish was a table favorite, unsure if it was a vegetable or a dessert but loved by all.

   The restaurant has nice ambiance and my steak was cooked perfectly. My husband had the pork chop which was just “ok”. The sides were all “ok” and the wine list was lacking. Our server was very polite and helpful with questions. I would return and have the steak.

   Nice ambience and good service, but the food was NOT worth the price (pork chop, salmon, spinach salad, squash side dish). I would not eat here again.

   The food was great services was sub par. We had a reservation and took forever to be sat. Had to ask for water and flag server down to get attention
