At Dumplin’, we celebrate the universal love for dumplings—those little pillows of dough with endless possibilities. Inspired by Frank Bonanno’s playful style, Dumplin’ offers a global take on favorites like ravioli, bao, and kreplach. Ask for: Steamed, pan-seared, or boiled? Rocks, up, or neat? Chopsticks, fork, or fingers? Expect: A 1968 billboard urging you to “consider the un.” We honor it with cacio e pepe ramen, whipped tofu hummus, extinct whiskeys, and jelly beer. Expect the un.

Highly disappointing experience considering the history and quality of other Bonnano concept restaurants. Cucumber salad was good, chicken/ginger dumplings were bland, Nduja dumplings were tough, fritto octopus was the best bite of the night, lobster ramen needed the poached egg it had when it was at Bones and finally, the Thai tea cannoli dessert needed way more tea flavor and the shells were almost burnt. Didn’t have whiskey or lager in stock. Super empty for a Sunday evening. All around poor experience for a $250 meal.

The food ideas were creative, but ultimately we didn't think the dumplings tasted like what they were supposed to be as a fusion meal and the cacio e pepe ramen was not good.

The food is ok, I liked the bao buns. They do not serve tea which is odd for Asian restaurant. They were out of 2 options on pelligrino. I

Terrific food - really exceptional. Had the chicken, steak, mushroom, and shrimp dumplings — so good! The lighting could stand to be dimmed a bit… Will definitely go again.

Another outstanding restaurant by Bonnano Concepts. The service (by Ethan) was incredible , the dumplings (wagyu for the win) were delicious, the bao buns (Italian sausage!) were light and fluffy and the lobster ramen is a do not miss. Also, the s’mores dessert is creative and delicious

Our server made some excellent recommendations and at the end of the meal asked what was our favorite. My response...all of it! Truly, it was all delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was lovely. We will be back!
