   We have had dinner at Dulcesalado on three occasions and also Sunday brunch. Each dinner has exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful little local restaurant that serves creative Puerto Rican dishes as well as a variety of other selections to suit a variety of palates. The ingredients are no doubt sourced from local farms and incredibly fresh. The highly acclaimed chef who greeted us one evening, is as friendly as he is talented. His kitchen staff and servers are just as amazing. On a recent dinner, we were graciously and cheerfully served by Kayshla, who was super friendly, attentive and even gave us some great tips on beaches and other noteworthy local attractions. Dulcesalado's bar serves super cocktails. High on my list of dishes is the churrasco topped by a chimichurri style herb sauce with a side of mamposteao, which changes based on the seasonal ingredients. The menu changes frequently based on availability and freshness of the ingredients. The desserts are wonderful. Highly recommended local restaurant. Great place for a romantic dinner for two or a celebration.

   We recently celebrated my birthday at Dulcesalado, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. For appetizers, we ordered the plantain soup and chistorra, both of which were delicious and packed with rich, authentic flavors. The plantain soup was creamy with just the right balance of sweetness and savory, while the chistorra was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For our main dishes, I opted for the Cubano sandwich, which was one of the best I’ve ever had—crispy bread, tender pork, and all the traditional fixings that made each bite memorable. My wife had the Serenata, and she couldn't stop raving about how fresh and flavorful it was. To top off the meal, we indulged in their budín for dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending. The texture was moist, and the flavors were rich yet not overpowering—truly a standout. The service was outstanding, with the staff ensuring that every part of our dining experience was perfect. Dulcesalado truly made the evening special, and we can’t wait to return to try more of their menu. Highly recommended!

   La comida es excelente, la atención fue buena. El restaurante es bueno para quienes se quedan en el hotel. El sabor de la comida es exquisito. El complejo tiene servicio de valet parking debido a que no hay opciones gratuitas para estacionamiento. Se aconseja reservar debido a que el restaurante es pequeño.
