    We loved out dinner at drift this evening! We had very attentive and welcoming servers who were knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the brown bread with the honey butter as a starter and I had the Atlantic Salmon as the main. It was divine! We plan to go back again soon.

    I had booked a table for a special occasion and had requested for a nicer table with a view when booking. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to sit at 2 different tables both which were in front of the door. We asked about a different table along the window and were told it was being held…the table remained open for the better part of our dinner and then was given to a walk in. Our food was not quality checked and overall it wasn’t a great experience on a night that needed to be special.

    Drift never disappoints. In fact Drift is one of the best restaurants in Halifax. The food is off the charts. The service is outstanding. And the ambiance of the restaurant is comforting. The overall experience is easily a 10/10.

    We absolutely loved Drift. The ambiance is lovely, the service impeccable and the food is amazing. I did however find it quite expensive making it so I would probably go only on special occasions in the future. Highly recommend if you have something special planned with your special person.
