Food was served cold (or overcooked), the waitstaff was always in rush or confused, just not a great experience.

No valet for the hotel available. The tables were very close together and it felt strange eating so close to other couples especially on valentines. The lighting is also awkward. This lighting is the wrong color for eating. White lighting, maybe 5100 kelvin color. Everyone’s face looked like they were zombies. The service was very slow and inexperienced. The food was terrible and bland. Very surprised and upset with this experience. This used to be a great place a decade ago.

Service was unacceptable. Wait staff was very disorganized and unprepared for this valentines special event dinner.

The atmosphere and desert was good. The duck appetizer was bland and the entrée was under cooked. Service was good other than the waiter was very soft spoken and hard to hear.

We were worried after reading some reviews online of the Christmas Dinner menu but our food was really delicious. Sally was our server and she was great! Really attentive. The short ribs were delicious, as was the pecan pie. If you're thinking about going to WDC for dinner, I encourage you to go.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Cocktails were watered down, never received one appetizer and two entrees. Service was bad and most food was over cooked with no flavor.

35 minutes to get a glass of water - a cold appetizer once it came and a 3 course 3 hour dinner is great but not because of the level of service. Food was lukewarm - The decor by Amber Marie was amazing

Very limited dinner menu, unlike the old Warren Duck Club. Had a waiter that appeared to be new at waiting and tried his best to serve us. The kitchen messed up our order and the waiter kept apologizing but it wasn’t his fault. Bar staff a little slow in getting drinks out

Where to begin… The one star is for the beautiful decoration and nothing else. It was confusion from the beginning when our host offered us either a lunch menu or dinner menu despite showing up for a 6 o’clock dinner reservation. The dinner menu was the expected “season to sparkle” menu while the lunch menu was the generic, year-round menu. The host showed us our table and asked what we would like to drink and if we would like to order any appetizers before we had a chance to look at the menu, let alone sit down, so we asked for just a minute. This was a mistake. Our waitress didn’t appear for about 15 minutes. She was kind and very sweet but she had no knowledge of the menu and couldn’t answer any questions. None of the three appetizers on the menu - a soup, a shrimp on a crostini, and a salad - were shareable so we chose to order chips and salsa from the lunch menu. About another 15 minutes later they arrived and to our surprise it seemed to just be store-bought tortilla chips and Great Value salsa from a jar at Walmart. The $15 sugar cookie martinis showed up next and were probably the highlight of the meal, which is not a recommendation to order it. The drink itself was tasty but simple with no complexity. The glass was rimmed in what again tasted just like store-bought vanilla frosting and coated with rainbow sprinkles with a tiny candy cane hanging from the rim. Remove the vodka and it would have been fit for a child’s birthday party. My friend and I ordered the free-range chicken and another friend ordered the cod. For $25, this was the biggest letdown. The spottily cooked chicken had skin on some parts and not on others, was dry, chewy, and bland. The weird science experiment of gray, gloopy, and rubbery mashed potatoes underneath the chicken should never be served again, anywhere. The one piece of broccolini on the side was the best part of the dish, sadly. Be warned that you are paying for the ambiance and hopefully you won’t be disappointed as we were.
