   Food and service were outstanding, and has been consistently so every time I have been there. The noise level, however, is unpleasantly loud when the dining room is full. To carry on a conversation with our guests we all had to speak in a louder than normal voice, which, of course, only increases the overall noise level since everyone else is doing the same thing. Better sound absorbing materials in the room decor would be a big help.

   All in all it’s an amazing restaurant. We personally did the Price Fix menu for this date and the portions were small. I’ve gone over the last few years in general Though and the service and drinks are always amazing. The parking is always easy and the food is superb always. Tuna tartar was mediocres this most recent visit but in the past it’s been my favorite of all time

   Dinner was delicious and service was amazing. I had the short rib ravioli’s omg, the are so light and delicious. My husband had an eggplant Parmigiana special it was so good!!

   I had Flounder with roasted potatoes with a pacatta sauce and my wife had abolognese. both were very good. Topped it off with a cappucino.

    Dopo has become our favorite restaurant in the Hamptons. Vlad, the host, welcomes us with warmth and recognition and does his best to seat us at a nice table. He makes everyone feel special. The wait staff is warm and makes sure to check in regularly but discreetly. The food is delicious. We love the bread, chopped salad, whole branzino, mac n cheese and much more. The fellow diners are often fun to chat with and watch as well. No matter how often we go, and sometimes it’s weekly, our evenings at Dopo always feel special.
