   It was ok, no where near Mucca Ostrea.Serving divided among serving staff so no person knows your table. Waited for a glass of wine to have with food, did come until all food finished

   We used to go to Bistro Agnes and were so sad when it closed. Thankfully, Dolly Olive came to save the day. We enjoyed dinner a few times at Dolly Olive but the brunch is actually a better experience. The ambience is quieter, the staff more chill and the food is still outstanding and frankly, who doesn't love brunch? There is nothing on the menu that is disappointing - this restaurant embodies everything that is amazing about the PDX food scene.

   Dolly Olive is a stand out culinary experience in a city of many good restaurants. The food is so flavorful and so creative, served family style with charming service and a beautiful welcoming environment.

   We were so disappointed in this restaurant. Our server was unfriendly so our experience was overall unpleasant, which was a bummer because it was our anniversary. The focaccia was good and so was our Negroni. Our caesar salad arrived and was way too salty. We ate a third of it because we were hungry and nobody checked on us for quite a while. When our server finally showed up, we told him that it was too salty and he brought us a fresh one that was better. Not a great salad but edible. The Braised Beef Mafaldine was average. The beef was tender but the mafaldine was a bit tough/rubbery. We requested the Fiore di Latte ice cream for dessert and someone delivered the grapefruit sorbet instead. By then our server had completely disappeared without any forewarning that he was leaving or going on a break. We ate the sorbet even though neither one of us is fond of grapefruit. Someone dropped off the check but we had to wait 15 minutes to flag someone down to pay. We are definitely not going back :(

   Found this little gem from an OpenTable spotlight. Delicious Food. Wonderful Servers. The menu is designed for family style service so that diners are able to share the portions and try more items. Which is what we love to do when we go out. We tried several dishes and they were all delicious. The waitstaff were kind and didn't rush us at all which always adds to a great food experience. I would highly recommend as a meeting place with friends or a great date night place.

   We enjoyed every bite, ever sip, every moment at Dolly Olive! Outstanding grilled carrots (sounds so simple but oh my, what delicious bites those are), the chicken confit was a miracle combination of exquisitely crispy and meltingly tender chicken, malfadine (pasta) with braised beef, arancini, light-as-a-feather gnocchi with nettle pesto, and every dessert on the menu. Four of us shared every plate and we all agreed they were all fantastic. Engaging, attentive and informative server, cocktails were inventive. Special occasion, indeed!

   Just a great restaurant for your " inner foodie" . A Portland original for sure ! Tapas and other delectable small plates with an unexpected flavorful twist on old favorites - love the vibe , the service was attentive and best Negroni drink I've had in a long time.

    This is an amazing Shared Food experience. We were a party of 3 and ordered 5 items and were very satisfied. Dolly Bar is NEXT DOOR for a cocktail before hand for a nice full experience of pre dinner beverage without a hike through downtown Portland.
