   amazing high tea experience by far best one in Melbourne compared to other well know ones, the food, tea, customer service, environment all fab! Highly recommend

   We arrived at 5.57 for a 6pm booking and told staff we had a 7.30pm show a couple of times. Our entree arrived in ok time. Then we watched others arrive after us and get their meals ahead of us despite polite reminders that we had a show to go to. At 7.15 we got our meals. which we wolfed down, paid for and got to the show just in time. Not an enjoyable experience and not one we will repeat :-(

   Everything was filling and tasty. The service was quick, pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend high tea for your bday with friends here or any celebrations

   Service was awful, we did not receive our drinks or food until and hour later we ordered. Nobody was attending us. We had to ask for a bottle of water every time because they would take it back. We cancelled the salads and they still brought it out to us.

   Service was horrendous, staff were largely invisible, one hour to receive our drinks order a further hour to receive our food order. Steak was meant to be waygu, a lot of gristle and way overdone. Won't be eating there again.

    Poor service, food was extremely slow to arrive. Ordered drinks on arrival had to keep asking for them to be told we are short staffed. Mains eventually arrived before snacks and entree! Couldn’t find the staff member who initially showed us to our table and said she would be looking after us for the evening. Told repeatedly that they were short staffed but they kept letting more people in the door. A very poor experience for the amount of money we paid.
