   The experience was average at best, but the prices were anything but! While our table waitress was lovely—helpful and polite—the rest of the floor staff came across as dismissive and carried an air of arrogance that soured the atmosphere. Paying $21 for a single glass of wine and $35 for a minimally topped, dinner-plate-sized pizza that barely fed two people felt downright unreasonable. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service didn’t justify the premium prices.

   We visited DOC Pizza and Mozzarella Bar with high expectations given their popularity, but unfortunately, we left very disappointed. While the pizza itself was undeniably good, the service and overall welcoming experience were terrible. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed rushed and unfriendly, giving us the impression that they were more focused on getting us out the door than ensuring we had a pleasant experience. There was no warmth or hospitality, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Considering how highly regarded this place is, we were truly let down. Good food alone is not enough when the service falls so short. Let me know if you’d like any edits!

   Wait staff were exceptional. On arrival we had a table upstairs, but as a member of our party was unable to walk up stairs, this posed a in issue. No problem! The staff quickly manoeuvred and set a table for 8 on the ground floor. No easy task on a busy Sunday night. My dad asked me if the head waiter was a close friend cos he was so kind and helpful. Every bite brilliant. THANK YOU DOC!!

   One of the worst wood fire places I’ve been to. Food was cold, toppings were very minimal and didn’t have the Smokey wood fire places. Seems like they used a normal oven instead of a wood fire oven

    Dissapointing. Food was nice but a terrible choice for larger bookings. The wouldn't let us have the small.cake we brought for child's bday, Bill was over $500 and we weren't allowed to split it between two families and pay half each. Just made things awkward and difficult. It's no hassle for restaurants to allow for multiple payments and to let a family share a cake before leaving. Also, can't buy white wine by the glass or omit any toppings from a pizza! So many petty rules. Very unaccomadating. Not a family friendly venue. Will not go back.
