While we love this restaurant on most other days we’ve been, and the idea of bunch and giving back is great, the personnel did their best, but seemed overwhelmed. Lot of buffet choices. Some delicious, others, like the green chile tamales, were just bland. Simple things like spoons for yogurt, oatmeal and pudding were unavailable! We will be back since we know you can do so much better.

The food was incredible and the service was great. Only observation, not really a complaint is that our server appeared quite rushed. The place was busy and the server responded to every request without having to ask a second time but she just seemed rushed. Perhaps they could use a little more help? For the quality of the food and dining experience it’d be nice to have the server not be so rushed. I still give the place 5 stars, especially considering how hard it is to get people to work.

I ve been here twice and both times the hostesses have been extremely rude. This time there were 3 hostesses all of whom were busy having a conversation and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to greet or seat us. We arrived at 4pm with a reservation so it wasn’t like it was a peak time or a full lobby. I had a friend tell me they had a similar experience and they walked out. Hopefully the manager can get this worked out because it really is a lovely restaurant.

I made reservations online for dinner with a girlfriend. I requested a window seating and that is what we got. We got seated but under a fan and I asked to be move to another booth and they accomodated us. We chose to have appetizers for our dinner. The jalapeno wrapped shrimp was beyond scrumptous with a wonderful sauce. Then we chose a charcuterie and it was full of a variety of meats and cheeses. It was very good. This was my 3rd time being here and I willl keep coming back. The service is excellent and the waiters and waitresses I've had during my visits have all been so professional and pleasant.

I booked for the Standard but was put in the bar area where it was cold and the TV's weren't showing anything, they kept rebuffing. Especially on a Monday night for football. The food and service did make up for it but no more bar area dining for me.
