   Went for Valentine’s Day . Menu was greatly reduced to the point of almost no food options . We had a few things , drinks and then found another spot to have dinner . Disappointed for sure. They should have had a disclaimer that they were not going to have much food .

   I’ve dined at Devil May Care a few times now, always impressed. For Valentine’s Day, I was treated to a special menu. The highlights: the oysters and the rigatoni. Service was phenomenal, adding to a very special evening. And if you visit, be sure to try an espresso martini or two ;)

   It was amazing the experience. The only thing was that they did not consider my special request about some decorations I asked for when I booked there. I wanted to be very special for my husband’s birthday.

    Amongst a plethora (“oh yeees El Guapo, you have a plethora.”) of the eclectic, demure, stylish, artistic restaurants in downtown, it’s the one I’ve chosen a few times over other notable cocktail-centric venues. Perhaps most notable for a person like me that is primarily there to connect to others is their music selection, acoustics, and volume. Perhaps that it’s subterranean has folks speak-easy.
