   Amazing! This is my third dining experience in the dessert room and every experience surpasses the previous. This time we celebrated my 10 year old daughter and I took my Mom for the first time. We enjoyed our dessert experience. Service impeccable, dessert delicious, dessert cocktails amazing, and the ambiance is like no other. Hands down my favorite restaurant ever!

   Was a great dessert experience! Came here for a celebration and it did not disappoint. The Berns cappuccino was delicious, although it was not as hot as it should be. The macadamia ice cream was more on the soft side, as if it was sitting there for a bit, but overall good experience.

   This was a family dessert time for our out of town children/grandchildren, all of who were first time Berns customers. All were delighted with the food and attentive service.

   A great atmosphere, live piano music and delicious desserts and coffee. We had a great evening. We also did the kitchen and wine cellar tour following dessert and it was fun and interesting.

   Our Dessert Room experience was amazing!! This was my Christmas treat for my family and they were absolutely blown away. The lemon butter cake, French silk pie, caramel apple bread pudding, and peanut butter truffle were outstanding. Every staff member was wonderful, valets, hosts, our server, and Joseph the manager who took us downstairs for our tour. Noel and Iman guided our tour through the kitchen and incredible wine cellar. Everyone in the kitchen greeted us with a smile and a thank you. I live in Napa, CA and have worked in the hospitality and wine industry for many years. Thank you for an impressive memorable evening Bern’s - our family can’t wait to return!

   We went to celebrate our sons college graduation. It was noted on the reservation. The server was very nice, but very rushed. Didn’t tell us anything about the place, the history or even the menu, just are you ready to order? The whole point was to have a special celebration and at the very least expose our kids to the history of Bern’s and why it is so special. Unfortunately it was not special. We were in and out 30 minutes and we had the banana foster as one of our desserts otherwise probably 15 minutes. I am not sure if this is typical now or just a single bad experience but if this had been my first time I definitely would not go back. Very disappointing.
