Desi Vega is the restaurateur of Desi Vega's Steakhouse, Mr. John's Steakhouse, and Desi Vega's Prime Burgers & Shakes. Desi grew up in the restaurant business and was groomed by Ella Brennan at Commander's Palace, Ruth Fertel of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Emeril Lagasse. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence makes for a truly memorable dining experience.
Our USDA Prime steaks are carefully selected, hand-cut and aged for tenderness, then seared to perfection and served on a sizzling plate. Seafood selections include steamed crabs and lobster, Gulf fish in various preparations each day, and plenty of other seafood.

    Very good experience. The filet mignon was so flavorful and delicious. We loved the mac and cheese and potatoes au gratin. Our waiter was so attentive and hilarious. We loved our experience at Desi Vegas.

    Food and service was wonderful!! We had drinks before sitting down to table and the bartenders were awesome as well! Steaks cooked perfectly and sides delicious!!

    I had dinner with a large party just last night. My opinion was already that the food was divine. I already thought the atmosphere was warm. But the way Jai and John took care of my party of 13 for my special day? Perfection!

    I’ve gone to Desi at least once a month since I can remember Loved the place. Last night were did a surprise party for a friend, our table only had 7 people and We were almost finished and was asked to leave, I guess to seat other people idk but There was 2 other tables around us, 1 was a 12 too that were there before us and they were told nothing. Completely unprofessional and was handled wrong.

    Extremely good food! Everything was great. The ambiance was superb. The room being divided as it was made it less noisy and we could hear each other talk. Dessert was a must have, brownie a la mode!
