   Great food a bit pricy but it was delicious. This was our second time but this time I decided to order a dessert which tasted nice but it didn’t look nothing like what was advertised on social media. I ordered cigar which didn’t even look like one it was literally a chocolate roll with no Oreo crumbs £11 for that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise everything was good.

   I organized a birthday dinner for my partner and decided to bring the family along, hoping for a special evening. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. When we arrived, no one greeted us at the entrance. We had to rely on security to escort us to our table, which was already disappointing. Once seated, it took an unreasonably long time for the staff to take our order, leaving us starving and frustrated. When the food finally arrived, the service was chaotic. Our mains were brought out while we were still eating our starters, leaving the table so overcrowded that we had no space to eat comfortably. Food was falling off the table due to the lack of room—it felt incredibly disorganized. The small table size only worsened the situation, and we couldn’t enjoy our meal at all. To top it off, the cake we brought for the celebration was mishandled. It was covered in large, noticeable marks and scratches that went right through the icing. It was a shocking sight and completely unacceptable. Having worked in high-end restaurants such as Anna Haugh's and Gordon Ramsay's establishments, I can confidently say this level of service is far below standard. It was clear the restaurant was understaffed, which might explain the poor coordination, but it does not excuse the overall dismal experience. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. It was a truly disappointing and stressful evening.

   A pleasant restaurant with a lovely décor, offering good quality food and drinks. Excellent service provided by professional staff. The bathrooms were clean and fresh, which is especially important for women. The music was a bit too loud for the oldies like me, however I enjoyed it nonetheless. We were delighted with the young lady who served us at our table, she made my daughter's birthday celebration that much more memorable :)

   DeRoya Lounge: A Hidden Gem Having eaten at countless restaurants, I've seen my fair share of underwhelming experiences. However, DeRoya Lounge was a refreshing departure from the norm. The photos and reviews had set my expectations high, and I'm happy to report that they were not only met but exceeded! On a quiet Sunday evening, the atmosphere at DeRoya Lounge was warm and inviting. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. We were promptly seated and given ample time to look over the menu. The starters were a delightful surprise. They were beautifully presented and packed with flavor, a clear step above the standard fare offered by other restaurants. But it was the mains that truly stole the show. They were cooked to perfection and left a lasting impression, even impressing my notoriously picky daughter. If you're looking for a truly memorable dining experience, I highly recommend giving DeRoya Lounge a try. It's a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered!

    Ambience: The only positive about this place is the decor. The music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation. The staff couldn't even hear you when you were ordering. Food: mediocre is the word that comes to mind. Service: starters arrived 1 hour after placing our order. Did scan the restaurant and noticed that those who arrived after us had their food served. The waitress came and apologised, my suspicions are that maybe our order wasn't put through. We didn't get our bread with our starters and had to ask 3 times. The waiter then came over and put it on the table next to us before coming back and realising it was for us. They waiter handed the bill stating he took the service charge off due to the delay. Little did he know that I didn't plan to pay for it even if it was added to the bill. The service was slow and just overall appalling. One work comes to mind to describe the entire experience "Disgusting". If you want to go for the "vibe" and for some insta pics then this would be the place to go. For all other reasons- avoid.
