Located in the heart of New Brunswick’s cultural district, Delta’s is a celebration of the spirit of the South. Featuring traditional and not so traditional Southern cuisine, creative cocktails and live music in a warm & eclectic atmosphere. Seeing a show in New Brunswick? We are a brisk walk from the legendary State Theatre and the NBPAC. Please be advised, we enforce a 15 minute grace period. When planning for your reservation, please consider parking and traffic in your travel time. The complete party must be present to be seated on high volume nights. We reserve the right to enforce table times on high volume nights. Reservations made after 9:30 on the weekdays and 10:30 on the weekends are offered our Late Night menu (appetizers & select sides available). We happily accomodate walk-ins!

    If the restaurant wants to provide a band, customers shouldn’t be forced to pay a fee for the band. The fee should be bold so the customers know what they are being charged and whether they want to continue with the reservation.

    Thank you for your valued feedback. The Entertainment Fee is mentioned twice in the restaurants Terms & Conditions, which requires guests to check a box acknowledging that guests understand and accept the fee and policies at the time of booking. We understand that this practice has only been implemented for a few months and we do our best to make this new feature visible to all reserving & walk-in guests. In addition to OpenTable, this feature is made visible on our Instagram page, website, and inserts on every table in the restaurant. We wish to continue to offer live entertainment as part of the Delta's experience and are ever so grateful for the opportunity to do so. The fee assists with these efforts. Thank you for your patronage, valued feedback and the opportunity to serve you.

    Brunch was amazing and the atmosphere was fun. Deltas does an amazing job creating an experience. Had an amazing time catching up with friends. $20 Mimosa was brunch is great for a small group.

    I have to say that I have not been to Deltas in years. I came back expecting the food to be just as good as I remember. However, the food was not good at all. not sure what has happened. I was so disappointed and so was my guest that accompanied me for dinner. I also noticed that someone at the table next to us, sent back food as well. Please, please get back to the quality of the food. The food is what has made Deltas the spot for soul food and fine dining.
