   Terrible. Service was terrible. Food took over an hour. Had to ask for water. Drinks were empty and never were asked if we wanted a refill. Not a good experience at all!

   We always have a great experience there, However must have been an off night. Food was just ok, and service was very slow. No fault of the server. She was great

   Seems like the quality of the food has gone downhill. We had appetizers and left due to the noise level.

   Great night celebrating a birthday. The food and service was excellent! We will return. Love that the steak order you receive one side. Mac and cheese for the win!

   It’s been really cold in Southlake, so we have eaten here three days in a row because parking is so easy and we get such good service. Our waiter, Lindy is consistently attuned to our needs, always giving great service. Of course, the food is good. Today, we only had salads, but they were delicious.

   We have eaten lunch here every day for the past week. Usually, Lindy is our waitress, but the restaurant was very busy. Bryce was our waiter today and he did an excellent job (with Lindy watching to make sure we were treated well). Congratulations to whoever is training your staff. They are doing a great job.

   Steak and Pork Chop were way over-seasoned!!! This has happened 2 visits in a tow. Dessert choices need to be revamped.

    Went on Sunday night, Feb 16th, 2025, with reservations for 2 for 7PM. Did not get seated until after 7:30PM which is way too long to wait when you book a reservation. At first, we didn't mind too much since we went to the bar to get a glass of wine while we waited. However, even though the bar was only about half full, the bartender was unattentive and slow. My wife's wine was tastless and seemed like it was past it's prime drinkability. My guess is it was from a bottle that had been opened more than a few days earlier. For dinner, our waiter was great and provided solid service and attention. The food and bottle of wine were wonderful. We were sat near the kitchen which was quite noisy. We were interested in dessert but nothing on the menu was appealing. The only other annoying thing was I marked on the reservation that this was a special occasion and nobody from the restaurant acknowledged or asked about it. Yet, we enjoyed our dinner and our date night.
