   Came to celebrate our 34th birthdays! Our reservation was following a private event therefore we were accommodated with a private room. Ethan was a GREAT server and bartender! Food was delicious and the Christmas decor was jolly.

   Always A Lovely dining experience at del Friscos the waitress was lovely and prompt. Especially during a busy night everything was wonderful

   Surprised at how un-busy the restaurant was - we were one of only about 6-7 tables occupied. Food was excellent, server was cordial and well-informed but the lack of other diners surprised me.

   We were there for Thanksgiving dinner and it was fine. Not fantastic or bad but fine. Food was well prepared and the service was very good but nothing super remarkable. What sets it apart for me is the management. I received an email the following day (which appeared to have been sent to all Thanksgiving customers) asking for our thoughts on the meal, service, and atmosphere. I replied with my answers and the next day the manager himself called me to apologize for and explain the construction (which was supposed to have been finished before Thanksgiving) and ask if I had anything else to tell him. For that reason I'll go back. It is refreshing to have management who actually cares about customers and that should definitely be rewarded with repeat business.
