   What can I say , except that this restaurant is truly amazing. We moved locally to Davenports about a 1.5 years ago and always drove by saying”we really should try it” We finally did, and we could kick ourselves for not going sooner. We were made to feel as if we had been regulars for years. The amazing Carl (owner) shared wonderful conversation and laughter with us, and Nigel his son (Head Chef/owner) came to meet us at our table so that we could compliment him on the amazing food we had been served. This father and son duo are an absolute delight and their love is apparent not only for what they do, their restaurant and food but for eachother! The Cioppino and the Tuscan Seafood Fettuccine were packed full of delicious flavor and a good variety of fresh seafood. We also recommend the signature Lobster Bites! Yum! We took desert home as we were too full to eat it after our generous meal but didn’t want to miss not trying something sweet…..the Banana Cream pie….Wow! We can’t wait to go back and plan to do so very soon. Davenports has definitely become our local family favorite. Thank you Carl and Nigel you’re the best!

   Love going here. We are always treated like we are special people The food is consistently good. Sal is a amazing server who makes the visit perfect.

   We eat here fair often and it’s constantly delicious. Husband had the BBQ short ribs, it was a huge potion and he said they were better than his favorite BBQ joint. Tuna poke and crab cake were also nice size portions and delicious. Excellent service and free corkage. Excellent experience all around!

   We had another wonderful meal at Davenport's with friends last night. The barramundi, salmon, and tuscan seafood pasta were all delicious. The beet and burrata salad was impressive; the size almost made it a meal in itself. Portions of everything are generous and able to satisfy the heartiest of appetites. Banana cream pie comes inside a round graham crust shell with chocolate on the bottom. Signature cocktails are creative and top notch. Service was warm and gracious. Honestly, can't find anything to fault at all. Will definitely be back. Make sure to make a reservation, it was packed.

   Very nice place, quiet.. and good food.. they did not rush the dinner, and made sure everything was excellent.. also easy parking
