   My friend and I had a fantastic experience at Daisies last night! I moved to Logan Square about four months ago and this restaurant came highly recommended by so many. The ravioli and the rigatoni were absolutely divine! So wonderful to have this gem just a few blocks away. Highly recommend!

   We sat in the back room, which was not as fun. The food and service were wonderful, and because it was quieter in the back room, we were able to have a nice conversation. Our first round of cocktails were just not our taste, so we ordered a bottle of wine instead. I’d definitely return, sit in the main dining room and skip the cocktail next time.

   food was very good! all dishes slightly salty. service excellent only true exception to experience was the mandatory 25% min gratuity- little weird and felt forced on with high tip

   The food was very good but the service was quite slow. The onion dip was a must and the pastas were great although I felt the rigatoni was a bit chewier than I would have liked but the stracci was fantastic! The quail was also amazing with the dilly ranch. I wasn’t a fan of the gooey butter cake - the sour cream gave it an odd taste.

   I love Daisies, it's one of my favorite spots for mornings, lunches and dinners. I was there for a special dinner with a friend I haven't seen in over 10yrs. I was excited to show her the space and the delicious food. I have to say while most everything we tasted was good, I was a bit disappointed how carb-heavy the appetizers (we got 4!) were, plus of course we had to try the pasta. The server suggested family style eating, and so we shared everything but honestly ordered too much and sadly wasted food, which I something I abhor. We could not take anything to go, unfortunately. While they certainly accommodated me w/ gf bread and pasta options, I do wish there were more veggie and protein options on the appetizer section. There are so many great fall veggies to feature, even a soup would be great. I miss the old farm to table menus in Chicago, where I could most definitely find a butternut squash soup on a fall/winter menu! The GF cheese curds were to die for however, definitely a must try! And the Lamb Sugo pasta was divine. We sadly were so full we had no room to try their gf chocolate cake for dessert!

    10/10 recommend. Everything we had was amazing. Went here for my bday and it surpassed my fam’s expectations by a lot. Ordered what feels like the entire menu and everything was phenomenal. Our waitress Leah was also THE BEST. She was so patient, so kind, so attentive, so knowledgeable about the menu, took time to explain the different meals, etc. I feel like you don’t get good service at even the nicest restaurants now and she was top notch.
