   The deviled eggs were nothing special, very heavy on the mustard and not much else. Tempura mushrooms were great. Shrimp and grits were the worst we’ve ever had, just zero flavor. Short rib and risotto had good flavor, but arrived to the table cold and gloopy. The bananas foster bread pudding is the banana pudding you make at home with store bought caramel, don’t waste your time. The Apple pie was served cold, it would benefit from being warm and ditching the same store bought caramel on top, but otherwise tasty. The “Drinks with Friends” and the “Bee Sting” cocktails were excellent. The “Nola” espresso martini was heavy alcohol with none of the flavors described on the menu. It was a fairly slow, empty night, but my wife and my presence seemed like more of a nuisance to the waitress. As a place that is advertised as a hangout, warm place, it just wasn’t.

   Third time visiting. Was craving the steak and eggs bowl with breakfast potatoes, eggs and a fancy mimosa! Delish!

   Server was incredibly rude, to my party of five , on election night , not sure what was wrong with the dude , maybe was the whole anxiety around the elections … we will not return , and this is one of our favorite restaurant we drive from Katy to eat here often

   The service was slow, we got our drinks when our food came our, the waitress seemed a little overwhelmed. The food was good, the drinks were great.
