Have eaten a few times at Cypress and always a great time! Food and staff amazing! Have had Mary take care of us twice, great energy and super sweet. Great at her job!

Sam was our server and she was the absolute best! This is our second time having her and she is so charismatic, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!!! She makes our experience a 15/10 everytime!!!

Our experience at Cypress was one of the best we’ve experienced in Steamboat! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was impeccable! We were 30 minutes late to our reservation due to a car accident and the staff was so understanding and checked on us throughout our meal. Jarrett was a great waiter; kept our glasses full, engaged us in conversation and our food was perfect! Beth made sure our visit was a positive one and it was! We will 100% be back, not only for the yummy food (order the pork chop and the bread pudding) but for the great service! Thanks Cypress!

Wonderful new interior! Six of us went for lunch. Our server was very nice. Pot pie was very good. Gumbo was good, but had one piece of crab. Shrimp poor boy was underwhelming. The shrimp were small and the bread to shrimp ratio was way off. The flavor was boring. We live here so will definitely go back. I hope they review and amp up some of their entrees.

I was SO happy I made a reservation at Cypress as I am a local & my 24 year old son had his friends in town...of course I was used to Carl's for so long, but I am happy to say that I was very impressed with your atmosphere & our service was fantastic!...we had a bigger table & of course the prices seem a bit high, but no qualms here...I understand our community & just happy that we had such a great experience as I know you have only been open for 2 months...keep our community happy!

They’ve done a great job with the remodel. The ambience is wonderful. Our waiter Jarrett was amazing and very attentive. The gumbo was very good. The cornbread was massive and paired with the honey butter was delicious! We will be back!

Not our first visit and very hopefully not our last. A very comfortable restaurant, both physically and psychologically, with a real commitment to good and friendly service. A very varied menu well delivered. My wife and I went with our son and grandson, all adults. I had the rotisserie chicken which was, as usual, excellent. My wife had the grits and crayfish which she really enjoyed. Our grandson tried and really like the fish and our son had the wonderful chicken pot pie. There is a slant here towards "southern" dishes, which is he only place locally which I know of which has that. Overall a very pleasant evening excellently "overseen" by manager Beth and server Nico. We look forward to many returns.
