   Love this place! The Cesar salad was a great start. I had the halibut and my husband had the short ribs and both were delicious. Their take on bananas foster was delicious. But the stars of the night were the gin drinks. Our waiter was well versed on the various types when we asked for one we hadn’t had. Truly a great evening. Totally would recommend.

   Not the same from two years ago… food was basic. Steaks were uncooked. The octupus came in some watery stuff. Food was warm. The usual band wasnt there anymore. Not worth the $$$.

   The vibe and ambiance were amazing. Live music, dancing, lively bar scene. Amazing and knowledgeable bartenders. Food was perfect.

   Whenever we come to CW‘s gin joint, we have a great time. Aaron, the manager does a great job with the staff and keeping everything running well. Staff is exceptional, very attentive and friendly and on point. Food is great and drinks are good.

   The ambiance and food were amazing! I loved the live music and sultry sounds—it really set the mood. Cocktails were delicious, and the salad with free-range chicken was fresh and flavorful. A great overall experience!

   Great food, cocktails and atmosphere. Live band is a big reason we come back for dinner. The walk-in's do make the bar area a bit hectic and depending on your table, you may not be able to see the band. 5 stars but they could help the vibe by not letting so many people in around the bar area.

   Every time we visit Tampa, The Gin Joint is our must-stop spot. The atmosphere is unmatched—smooth blues and jazzy tunes set the tone the moment you walk in. The vibe is classy and intimate, and the crowd definitely dresses the part, adding to the speakeasy feel. The cocktails? Next level. Thoughtfully crafted, perfectly balanced, and full of character—just like the place itself. We tried a few different drinks and were blown away by the attention to detail in both the flavor and presentation. On top of all that, the service was impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience. This place checks every box and then some. Whether you’re a local or just in town for a visit, do yourself a favor and make time for The Gin Joint.

   Have been to Gin Joint before but for a quick meal at the bar (which was great!). This time we had a proper dinner and it was even better than I remembered! Had an awesome gin cocktail, delicious seafood pasta & wahoo special, and very yummy chocolate cake. Our server, Logan, was very personable and attentive, too. Will definitely be back!

    You can't beat the CW Gin Joint for the ambiance. The place has a super cool vibe. They specialize in drinks made of Gin which isn't really our thing, but the other drinks were good. The service was spot on; however, the food itself was okay. We had oysters three different ways; nobody cared for the Rockefeller. The octopus was tender and tasty; it was good but not great. The sweet potato fries were excellent. Everyone that had the Duck said it was good, but probably would try something different next time. The short beef ribs were good as was the pork chop, but the pork chop was a little dry in some spots. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely go back. Next, we may just stick to the appetizers and drinks.
