Our dining experience is the newest development by the hip founders of The Modern Restaurant Group, Brandon Belluscio & Brian Albe. Cut 432 presents an avant-garde modern steakhouse dining experience with a primal focus on beef sourced from the world’s top ranchers and artisanal producers. Wonderful experience! The menu is similar to a typical, high end steakhouse but the vibe is cool and fun. The food was delicious and the service was great. Pat and Carlos took care of us and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Great date night!

Manol was an EXCELLENT server! My filet minion came out over cooked but Bruce was quick to replace it with a perfectly done filet! We sat outside which we prefer for lower noise level and people watching. Everything was top notch!

My girlfriends and I came here after leaving a different restaurant due to poor service and food. There is no comparison to cut 432, our server Mike was amazing and so friendly. He was super attentive as were the rest of the staff that helped us throughout the evening. The food was delicious and we left very very pleased! Will definitely be coming back!

I went to Cut 432 to celebrate my friends birthday. I choose the restaurant because I have eaten there many times before and always enjoyed it. The quality of food is superb. Our server David B was exceptional and made our experience over the top! Thank you! My only criticism is the hostesses could be more pleasant. Could be a turn off for first time diners.

We have lived in South Florida for almost 8 years and hate going out to dinner because there is no restaurant that we have liked until now…. Our dinner with friends of ours from the Jersey Shore was amazing!! The food service and ambience were Excellent!!! Chef’s Kiss all the way around!!! Our Server Jimmy was fantastic…highly informative and so nice!! The men had Filet and the 2 of us women had Crab Cakes. In addition we had Caesar Salads, Baked Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared!!We have now found a restaurant in Delray that we absolutely LOVE!!

We had Jimmy as a server and he was spectacular! The whole staff was amazing! We were visiting from Miami and so glad we made a reservation here! The lobster tails were especially amazing! We will be back!
