The music is entirely too loud. You can barely have a conversation with the people at your table. And the service is never good.
Culinary Dropout – DallasResponded 3 days ago
Hi Alexis, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read the service missed the mark completely and that the music was too loud. I will monitor the volume more closely and ensure it's acceptable for all guests. I would really like to invite you back to give us another chance to make the service great for you. I'd love to invite you back anytime for a round on me and I'll do everything I can to make things right! I hope to hear from you soon.

I recently had my birthdag dinner with my closest friends here. The service was overall great for a 12 top on a busy Friday night but not outstanding. The drinks took awhile, which is understandable as the bar was very busy but since there are multiple runners auctioning everything off things got mixed up and went to people that had just ordered when others on the other end of the table had been waiting. It is loud and you could not hear everyone’s orders. There was a hair in our appetizer, they quickly brought out another dish but no other service recovery was offered. The food was great and our server was friendly… Good dinner with friends but nothing made it birthday special.

Hi Valerie, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry we missed the mark on making this birthday exceptional! That is not what we want for any of our guests' special events! I would love to get a belated birthday cocktail and dessert for you anytime to try and make up for this!! Please let me know next time you're in and I'll do my best to make things right. Hope to hear from you soon!

Came here to celebrate husband’s birthday. Alex was our waiter and he was AWESOME! Had great recommendations and never led us wrong. We shared the pretzel appetizer, pepperoni & Italian sausage pizza, and the chicken katsu sandwich. For dessert, go with the monkey bread. Great experience and will be coming back!

We visited to celebrate the man’s birthday. We arrived early since we planned to visit a couple of other places afterward. When we got there, it was fairly empty, but it didn’t stay that way for long. The space is really spacious. We dined in the main dining room, and the service was excellent. The host, servers, and manager were all very friendly. For appetizers, we ordered the wagyu pigs in a blanket and pepperoni and sausage pizza. I had a shot of tequila, while the man enjoyed an Old Fashioned and an IPA. The appetizers were delicious. I couldn’t decide if I liked the honey mustard crème sauce that came with the pigs in a blanket, but I definitely enjoyed them without the sauce. For our main dishes, we had the roasted salmon and steak frites. The salmon had a perfectly crispy top layer and was cooked to a perfect medium. It was delicious! It came with butternut squash farro, which I wasn’t sure how I felt about, but it was interesting. The steak frites were flavorful and also cooked to a perfect medium. Very tasty. Unfortunately, we had no room left for dessert. We spent about $190, including the tip. After we paid, we went to check out the rooftop. It was stunning—spacious, with tables and seating perfectly arranged to showcase the beautiful city skyline and lights. We grabbed two more drinks at the bar and soaked in the view, spending another $35 with tip. We would definitely return and plan to opt for rooftop dining next time. Highly recommend!

The food and vibe of the upstairs deck was amazing. Jordan was our server and was exemplary in just the right amount of attention. We were a group of 4, and I made a reservation, but showed up an hour early and did not have any trouble getting a table. I like that there was a variety of seating types- high top, bar, dining height, and lounge seating. We all remarked that we will definitely return.

Thank you so much for the shout out Sara!!! We will recognize Jordan in pre-shift and make sure she hears she did so well! We are excited your group left happy and we can't wait to see you all back soon!
