   Dinner was very good. The drinks and food was very good. The waitress was very busy, but she did a great job for us. We had a very enjoyable time. We will be back.

   We have been there many times and when we arrive we are greeted by Missy, who is always friendly and courteous.  When you first approach the bar, you are welcomed by Carly with a beautiful smile. When we sat down, we were greeted by Bella, who is friendly and knows everything about the menu. What can we say about the food …outstanding! Thanks to Chris, Mitch, Fred,  & Derek.    Not enough waitresses for the amount of tables being served. Waitress were dressed very casually--- hoodies. Thought it was more of a nicer restaurant.

   I am sorry that our service was not up to par for you, we will try to improve on this situation. But, Thursday night was 15 degrees with a negative wind chill in western NY. We are a casual Italian restaurant with black uniforms, this day one of our servers wore a bills hoodie for part of the shift. I hope you understand trying to stay warm during the cold months. #gobills

    We ordered the seafood special and didn’t know it was $55. They should tell the prices when they tell you the specials. It wasn’t worth anywhere near $55. We were very surprised at the price. Staff was cleaning up table while we were trying to finish coffee. Could have waited until we left. Bruschetta appetizer was really good. Arancini was cooked too long. Other main dishes were really good.

    This was on new years eve. Restaurants are fully booked with certain amount of time allocated for each table. When all but three people of your party of 8 were remaining, Missy approached you very nicely about the reservation arriving for your table after you guys. The three guests were very nice and understood that we would be cleaning their table while they finished their coffee. The next reservation was waiting at the door, you understood this at that moment. Our servers have all the pricing available if you ask.
