   Very accommodating and professional great local fine dining steakhouse that is just as high quality if not better than the big fine dining corporate steakhouses. The chef is on point with everything he is doing with an incredible food background. My son and I really enjoyed everything and Max made us feel right at home! Looking forward to see your success when we come back that way again. All the Best!

   First time here. It's great to have a higher end steakhouse. We always just order apps to start, and if the apps are good we order entrees. The apps were fantastic, the wedge salad and lobster bisque were unique, different and great looking. So we ordered the smoked chicken and scallops. More scallops than normal, and was a beautiful looking plate, the smoked chicken was delicious! We will be going to order steaks very soon. Highly recommend. Our waitress must have been new, she was very awkward and we had to ask for the bread service, empty plates sat on the table and another waiter picked them up. The drinks were great, I had a whiskey drink and a rum drink. Both great, the whiskey was a little fruity for me, so next time I'll be sure to get a bourbon. Overall, I highly recommend it for a great date night and walk around Clermont.

   Absolutely great food and presentation. We’ve visited twice and have not been disappointed. We continue to be amazed to have this gem of a restaurant in the heart of downtown Clermont. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

   The restaurant has a lovely quiet vibe with a rich color scheme. It’s a relaxed atmosphere with music playing in the background. The staff greeted us warmly and our server, James was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. The lobster bisque was the best I’ve had. The steaks were perfectly cooked and beyond flavorful and tender. Chef Matt came to our table to greet us and check in our experience. I went with my husband and friends and all agree we would recommend and will be back.

   Just WOW! Can't believe how good this was. Heirloom salad was unbelievably good, my Prime NY Strip was incredible. My wife's Snapper was equally good. It wasn't busy, so hoping it catches on. Can't wait to go back with the family!

   Really enjoyed our date night. Had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. Great for all occasions. Lobster bisque, fresh sour dough with homemade butter and Hawaiian seat salt were excellent. The smoked chicken and cocktails were top notch. Enjoy these food pics

   Excellent food and the service for our group of 10 was fantastic. Creative presentation of the food and the taste was amazing. Will definitely go back.

   Truly great experience. We travelled 30 minutes to get there and would do it again in a minute. The drinks were excellent and the food was even better. Poached Lobster and Snapper were prepared to perfection. And we finished up with the Mango Cheesecake. Compliments to Matt the chef and his staff . Finally thank you to our waitress Jennifer, great with suggestions and the perfect amount of attention. We’ll be back soon.

    Crafted has the potential to be great. Went for birthday, noted on OpenTable reservation, but got no recognition. Food for all courses was beautifully plated and decently portioned, however desert missed the mark. Bananas foster crepe missed the mark due to flambe sauce being not fully cooked out so it was swimming in the alcohol, like wise chocolate pate was warm but probably would have been better cold for texture purposes, but all other food was really flavorful and great. The issue I took was the price point of the restaurant to me doesn't deliver on experience. Wine glasses were spotty, silverware felt low quality and spotty. Had 830 reservation, restaurant closed at 10, 1015 or 1030 as we waited for desserts music was cut off and replaced by someone's hip hop play mix. Restaurant was empty the whole time we were there on a Friday night and no table touch by management. Again dinner came to $160+ which can be comparable to a Ruth Chris or Ocean Prime. While the food is of the same quality, and again I stress the food was REALLY good, the overall experience and ambiance would have been much better at one of the recently noted chains. In my opinion, fix the small issues and push to compete with the big chains or retool to bring you price point and ambiance to something more tooled to the local area.
