   The service was very disappointing and it took forever to get our food! Our reservation was at 630 we didn’t get our dinner til 945. And the service during that time was not good, didn’t ask if we needed more drinks …. The atmosphere was nice, the flavor of our filets was good but overcooked.

   We decided to have a few drinks and appetizers. We ordered a gooey cheese app and the grilled octopus. The cheese app was really good, (it was melty cheese on top of pumpkin and sweet potato purée ) paired with the warm bread they brought out. The grilled octopus was over cooked/tough and had no flavor. The drinks were expensive and watered down or all juice. Disappointing experience !!

   Wonderful view! The steaks were amazing! The staff was very accommodating. My husband is very tall and they moved us to a better table for him.

   Muy bonito lugar, el menú un tanto limitado pero buena comida; sin embargo los baños no van de acuerdo al tipo de lugar. Su oferta de bebidas también me parece limitada; un lugar llamado Craft donde no hay craft beer?

   Highly recommend Craft. We had a lovely view, the food was great and Ivan made sure we had a nice time. We were celebrating my birthday and he brought sparklers and some treats. Appreciate the memorable evening.

    The entire experience wasn’t worth the cost. I had the jumbo prawns and half of the meal was just a shell and the other half wasn’t fully cooked and inedible. The second course came out cold even though they had been pushing to rush us through courses. The staff only seemed interested in the bottle service tables regardless that we had also paid $250 a person for the “experience”. Being that I only was able to eat a fourth of my entire meal I actually would prefer my money back. We will never return and highly unlikely to visit another restaurant within the hospitality group if that’s the expectation they set. It was embarrassing that our server kept apologizing and asking us to come back for another time and it would be better than the $700 usd we ultimately ended up spending.
