This location needs a lot of attention. I stopped in on a Saturday night before a concert at Crypto. They had no business being understaffed and overwhelmed. This is the night your staff should be able to get you a drink within 30 minutes of sitting down and not have to ask for settings. Also, why were you out of clean silverware and cloth napkins? Everyone around us seemed to be just as dissatisfied with the situation. The food was the only good thing about our visit. Don't get the harvest salad. It was a heap of greens with lots of lousy dressing. I sent that back.

It would be one thing if the service were just atrocious. It would be one thing if the food was just overpriced. It'd be one thing if the food and alcohol was also not that great. But add all these three things together, and you get craft at LA Live. It took 10 minutes to get the water we asked for, and 15 minutes to get the coke. We waited 40 minutes for our food. When we asked for the server to check on the food, he said they were at capacity and that it would be out soon. I'm sorry, but on a Saturday night with the Kings playing at home, your business model is to be at capacity, that should not come with God awful service. Our two mains came out first, and were cold. The appetizer came later, and while it was hot, I've never seen so many ingredients together have so little flavor. Their cocktails are also pre-made and poured from spouts behind the bar, they are WAY too sweet, and barely contain booze. I will absolutely NEVER go back here.

We were going to a Kings game that started at 7:30pm, and had a reservation for 6pm. We arrived at 6:06pm, only to be told by the hostess that our reservation had been cancelled because we were late. I said that there is a 15 minute grace period according to the website, and the hostess told me, “We are super busy so not today.” I spoke with the manager who ultimately had us seated, but she warned us that it would take at least 45 minutes to an hour before our food would be served. She was correct - our food was not served until 7:15pm. And even then the order was wrong for one meal and the cheese on the brisket grilled cheese for two meals was burned beyond recognition. TL;DR - Poor service/attitude from the hostess, an hour wait for the food to arrive, and when it did the order was wrong and prepared poorly. Sorry Craft, but I think there are better options out there.

Food is delicious and servers are nice. However the service has consistently been very slow. Definitely need more servers and cooks on game days!

My tri-tip sandwich was good, not great. My wife’s brisket grilled cheese was dry, the brisket was like jerky. Our waiter was overwhelmed by a large party and basically ignored us. Our drinks took forever to come, and when I was out of water I had to wait again. At the end, I had to grab another waiter to close out my bill. We were in the restaurant for about an hour and a half, barely making it to the hockey game in time to watch the puck drop. I’m disappointed since my initial impression upon walking in was that Craft would be a good place for food and drink when I am at an event near LA Live.

What an amazing experience and dinner. Our bartender Matt was attentive and made beautiful cocktails. The food was delicious! If we lived in town we would be back regularly.
