   Our server, Cindy, was terrific! We had a 7 and 5 yr old with us and she was great with them, asking them directly for their order (instead of asking their parents). I think they really enjoyed being treated like a customer! Food was great too!

   Sunday evening dinner it would have been nice to save easy listening music instead of thumping nightclub music. We asked server how hot the fettuccine was as it has chili flakes in it & she said not hot at all. My poor 81 yr old dad said it was very hot but ate it anyways, then after he didnt look good & said his mouth & throat were on fire. So three of us tasted his fettucine & holy crap it was hot. I loce spice but for server to tell him it wasn't hot at all was not acceptable. Your menu should have hot pepper symbol beside dish so people know its very hot.

   Usually have a good experience at Craft. We had a group of 10 people last night and there were no complaints from anyone. Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced, everyone was very pleased. Server was lovely and friendly although I have forgotten her name! Definitely will be back

    The waitress seemed quite busy we needed to ask even for cutlery and utensils. Just a lot of confusion. Also the execution of the food seemed rushed and poorly prepared. One of my worst experiences at craft. May question returning.
