   Company rep and 3 work colleagues had an enjoyable meal and experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing and portions were generous. Will definitely return and would recommend

   Bacon was absolutely spot on. The burgers were succulent full of sauces and flavour full of delight. The OG dirty fries were so incredible and the chicken bites were very scrumptious. Definitely will go back again

   Not a very welcoming place, service was terribly slow, waited 25 to get order taken then another 40 for food that was cold and in appetising. Won't be going back!

   Absolutely shocking experience. Burger left the kitchen with the bun contaminated with mould. Which is absolutely shocking it got out of the kitchen like that. Then when I complained the waiter looked at me as if I was telling lies, until he came and seen the burger. They then took the burger away and gave me the wrong burger then when I complained they picked the bits off I didn’t request. Absolutely horrendous experience and very poor customer service. Levels of hygiene are non existent. Also have a picture of the burger as it was served

   Where to start. When we arrived behind another party we waited several minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. 4 or 5 staff standing around aimlessly not looking in our direction. We were eventually seated and two other parties seated shortly after us. Despite us being first to be sat we were last to have our order taken, which isn’t a big deal. However our server seemed genuinely angry at our presence and oddly distracted whilst taking out order - evidenced by the fact it was taken wrong. The source of the distraction was clear, we were sat near the servers friends who she proceeded to speak to all night. Not paying any attention to us, never once asking how our food was or if we needed a drink (our glasses were empty for half an hour). As I said our order was taken incorrectly and when flagged to the manager, instead of apologising he said “that wasn’t on the check so let me get that changed”. What was on the check was irrelevant frankly, and this shouldn’t be your first words when a customer tells you that their order is wrong. Now to the positives, the food was genuinely exceptional. The loaded fries were actually loaded with lots of toppings and the burger was juicy and delicious. The interior was great too, made for a very trendy yet welcoming environment (sadly the service took away from this as it was anything but welcoming). And the music was a real highlight - more restaurants should play All American Rejects and Jimmy Eat World.

   Great burgers & sides, very busy but service was great & all in good time. Very tasty Haggis smash burgers on St Andrews day 😋

   We booked a table for 6 & arrived on time. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our first drinks order. Our food was very good but the service was very slow. Consider there were empathy tables. Second time in 2 weeks we have been & the service has been the same each time. We won't be going back in a hurry
