   The service was very friendly and attentive. The Somellier made an excellent suggestion for Wine and was also very attentive. The food, unfortunately, was extremely disappointing. In particular, the Tomahawk steak was not well seasoned nor did it appear to taste fresh. The meat was extremely tough and felt like it had been frozen and then rapidly thawed out. for the price at this strip mall restaurant. This was extremely expensive. For a party of two with one bottle of wine, a shared entrée and two appetizers, the price ended up being nearly $500. I would not recommend this restaurant due to the overpriced food with extremely poor quality.

   Used to be one of my favourite restaurants in Augusta but food this time was mediocre at best. Seems like they may have a new chef because I go there often and everything used to hit the spot, now everything is off. Major loss.

   Wow! This place was incredible!! Came into town for the Masters and we made reservations. The place was well done inside with excellent ambiance. Service was excellent and food was top notch!!! If we lived near by we would most definitely come back! Huge wine selection but even for non drinkers (us) they had great options for mocktails and NA beers!!!

   Our family had a wonderful dining experience at Cork & Flame. The food was awesome. A wonder version of a Caesar salad, 4 superb entrees: bison ribeye, fresh Atlantic salmon, filet mignon and a “not for the meek” traditional jerk chicken, accompanied by some very tasty medleys of vegetables. We all had the same dessert and without a doubt, it is a show stopper- deconstructed apple pie. We all could not remember enjoying a final course more. Service was outstanding.

   My food was cold. I informed the waiter and he asked me did I want him to know my food no sir just box it up check please. Awful food experience jerk, chicken, and Brussel sprouts.

   Very impressed with this venue. Only criticism is a certain degree of pressure on leaving on time but we had an early dinner at a very busy time during the Masters, understandable in the circumstances.

   We had a great experience and the restaurant was beautiful. We were greeted quickly and talked to the sommelier and chef. Amazing people. Our waiter was top notch and the food was five star. Definitely a great experience and we will be back next time in town.

   We came here for my husbands 75th birthday. The staff went out of their way to make is a special evening. The food was amazing.

   There’s no question the food at this restaurant is excellent. The tuna poke bowl was fresh and well-balanced, and the bread with pimento cheese was rich, flavorful, and comforting. The standout was the sous vide pork chop — incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and full of depth. The kitchen is clearly doing great work. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. After sitting and enjoying our appetizer, it was almost an hour later before we were able to order our entrée. We even asked the sommelier to help get our server’s attention, but nothing came of it. The staff felt disorganized or inattentive, and it really detracted from what could’ve been a great dining experience. This restaurant has real potential. If the service ever catches up to the level of the kitchen, it could be something special. For now, the food is worth trying — just be prepared for a long wait and a bit of frustration along the way.

    Gradually fading from our favorite place. Have omitted some of the special little touches that made them unique - service is good, but not great, noise level is annoying. Simply put, it no longer feels “special”.
