We have been coming here for a while now, and for the first time ever it was a very poor experience from the moment we walked into the restaurant all the way through when we left. It all started with the host, she was very rude and non-welcoming. Although we had a reservation we still waited 15 min until we got seated all though there was open tables. The quality of the food was not up to Coopers Hawk standards. Waited longer than normal just for bread. My wife and my 2 daughters got steak medallions and they all complained about the meat being tough and bristled. I ordered the mahi mahi and it was dried out. Very poor experience.

Out of nine eggs ordered only one came prepared correctly, pretty sad when you can prepare an egg correctly. Server told us she had never worked the brunch shift before so we understood when she was unable to answer questions regarding items on the Brunch menu. She was very dutiful in getting the questions answered.
