Seated in a timely manner, Serives was outstanding. Server was great very knowledgeable and helped with our first visit. The appetizer, chicken egg rolls was hot and wonderful, However, When we got our entrée it was cool not hot. The place was very loud had scream to talk. To many drunk people trying to over talk everyone else. We may try another location, but not liberty.

Reservations were for 10:00 but the doors didn’t unlock till about 10:02 and the weather was freezing. Poor start to brunch! After waiting in the cold for 7 minutes we were left standing till people before us without reservations were seated. Also waited for about 10 minutes to have anyone take any type of order. Wasn’t what I’m use to from this restaurant! Really will think twice before returning!

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as great as we hoped for! We had a reservation at 6:30. When we arrived the hostess told us they were running 15 mins behind. At 6:50 I checked in and she told me pretty rudely she has no idea when our table would be ready and she’d “text me”. 7:05 still no table, no apologies, no care. We finally ordered dinner at the bar at 7:15 where the bartenders were great. I get the holidays are busy but the lack of even caring our table wasn’t ready 35 mins later after having a reservation makes me leery to go back :(

Our group felt that our table was too crowded for 9 people and we had tables where the chairs hit against the people at the next table. also the servers had to go around us and kept bumping into my hair which was at the end also very noisy and the waitstaff seemed unorganized
