Made reservations. We were sat in the middle of the room on a busy evening. We asked if we could have a booth so we could talk, especially because we had made reservations (as opposed to clients who were walking in unscheduled). The young lady seating us told us we needed to add this to our reservation and was quite rude about it. Seriously? You can’t just move us to one of the multiple empty booths with no one sitting there ? The restaurant was not bowed or busy at all when we arrived for our 5:30 reservation. Do better

It was our first time at Coopers Hawk celebrating our anniversary and Aaron M. made our experience extremely special! The food was phenomenal. We got the mahi mahi and pork chops and everything was cooked to perfection. Our drinks were delicious and made to preference. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending to all of our friends and family!

We had brunch and it was delicious! For an appetizer we had the over the boarder egg rolls. My husband ordered the french toast, maple sausage, and breakfast potatoes. I had the grilled cheese short rib sandwich (seasonal item), fries, and subbed the tomato bisque soup for broccolini. Our server, Kelsey was absolutely fabulous! She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. It was an alll around good time and good food!

We dined here for lunch on a Sunday and had an excellent experience. Friendly staff and great service were on offer. I chose the filet mignon, which was prepared exactly as I wished, medium-rare, and delicious. My wife had the Parmesan-crusted pork chop and it, too, was delicious, tender and tasty. We were unaware that they now offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday, but those options looked enticing and we will go back for them another time.
