We have been coming to Cooper’s Hawk for years for our wine club membership, as well as celebrations. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday today. Everything else was what you’d expect from Cooper’s Hawk as far as the food and wine is concerned. The service, not so much. It was INSANELY slow. We were only one of two tables when we sat down and it was still almost an 45 minutes before we even got to put our order in. The server didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency at all. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

This place is offers wine tasting at its best. Busy times should be avoided for the best tasting experience. The food is amazing and worth every dime. The staff is always very friendly.

From order to plating took just under one hour. The mixed vegetables were room temperature. The tuna was room temp & a poor grade. The Asian Cole slaw was on two different appliy& was strikingly different. When waiter asked how it was we said ok - they were dumbfounded & walked away. In today’s world if you ask to have your food corrected you get a potentially worse return. Been to a dozen CH & this was by far the one we’d never return to. The table next to us ordered and was plated within 10-15 minutes. This place needs improvements.

It was the worst service I have ever received. Very slow, the table was dirty when we sat down. Very disappointed for as much as you pay to go to a nice place!
