The restaurant has a great concept and creative menu. However, we waited for an hour for our main course and in the end we had to cancel it. Moreover, we were sat in a table close to the elevator and felt a little bit “hidden”. It was about anniversary dinner and we decided to continue our celebration somewhere else

Our waitress was great. Wrong salad was brought out. When the correct salad was brought out, the breaded sesame chicken was overdone to the point where I couldn't stick my fork in it. Seafood bisque is one of my absolute favorites and the main reason I came to Cooper Hawk. It was horrid. Super thick and grainy...uneatable in my opinion. I let the manager know these things. He was apologetic and asked if there was anything else I would like. I told him no thank you. He came back a little while longer, apologized again and handed me the bill for $0 for both my friend and I. So management knows how to handle these situations. With all the choices of restaurants at Easton I probably won't go back.

Kim K was our server and she was outstanding. She was very informative over the whole menu and helped us decide our culinary journey! She wasn’t wrong when she said there isn’t a bad thing on the menu. From the wine and beer to the skirt steak and risotto. We will definitely be back and will be asking for Kim K as long as she is available!

The service and the food was terrible, we had reservations and was seated at a table that had prior glasses and receipts left on it from whoever had there dinner before, it took almost 20 mins to get a glass of water and bread, so many other waiters walked by table 22 ( which is pretty close to the front) and never offered to removed the old plates and etc. waiter came around maybe once for refills after about 30 mins. High disappointed in the service for such a nice restaurant.
