I had an amazing experience and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Joel. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even with our group of 12, we had a fantastic time!!

So glad we had reservations because it was packed! Our server, Joel, was absolutely the best! Very friendly, answered our questions about wines & food, and was very attentive to our requests. Great food selection for our different preferences. The dessert special was delicious! And since we were there celebrating my husband’s birthday, he got truffles as well which are scrumptious! Love the wine selection. Definitely recommend it.

I tried something different, the Jambalaya. It was delicious. Our server came across alittle off at first, making some off the wall comments about us being defensive before we had a chance to have much interaction at all. But it all ended up ok.

Stood by the host stand to not be greeted for 7 minutes including by our server who walked past us twice. The bruschetta was rock hard, our waiter spilled an entire glass of water on the table and didn’t even clean the water up. We sat with a wet table the whole time. I had to flag the waiter down to order a drink since one wasn’t offered.

The night we went to Coopers Hawk, the management had completely under-staffed and therefore, the service was slow: 10 minutes for cocktails to be delivered, then the food came and we ordered a glass of wine which was delivered by the time our dinner was finished. We didn’t order appetizers or desert and after being there for 2 hours of service I had to ask management for my credit card so we could leave. I’ve been to this restaurant several times and this is the second time I’ve been disappointed in the service due to their management. I felt sorry for the staff who run around like crazy.
